Credit card dropdown not working

On Step 2 Payment options, when credit card is selected, we do not see credit card types on dropdown menu

Hi there,

It looks like you have disabled the payment method you are using for credit cards.

Which payment method are you referring to please?

Can you re-enable it so I can take a look?
