Hi there
I am looking for a way where people can register for our main fundraiser for the Rotorua Breast Cancer Trust the “Pink walk” online.
We run the event once per year
What we need is a system that we can link through our wordpress website to do the following
· Participants can register online
· We can set a small amount but mandatory fields
· The system can provide them with a race/ticket number
· Participants can pay online
· Participants can order additional items on offer (e.g. t-shirts etc) – this is a nice to have J
Is this something this system can help us with?
If yes, what would be the approximate cost and details for this.

I think that Event Espresso will work for you. Please see my responses to your inquiries below.
• Participants can register online
Event Espresso will be installed on your WordPress website so customers can register online.
• We can set a small amount but mandatory fields
Yes, you can set up custom questions.
• The system can provide them with a race/ticket number
The system applies a unique registration ID to each user that registers. However, this is a very long number. You can either use this number, or create a custom question that is viewable by site admins only and can apply a race/ticket number manually.
• Participants can pay online
Yes. We have several gateways integrated with Event Espresso.
• Participants can order additional items on offer (e.g. t-shirts etc) – this is a nice to have
Yes. We have an add-on that is currently in beta (but working pretty good) that will allow you to add items for sale to registrations.
