Created event but tickets registration not showing up (2)

I did change the theme temporarily, and the page registration info DID show up, but that is NOT the theme I use. I use Divi. Can you help. It worked a few days ago, and now my customers can’t register online.

Hi Jody,

There’s actually a setting in the Divi theme that will affect whether event information will be displayed: Blog Style Mode. There’s more information (and a screenshot) in the documentation that you can follow to get this working again:
