Created a ticket but only the free ticket is showing

I created a ticket

2 tickets

But when I try to register the ticket isn’t shown as an option only the free ticket is available

only free available

Even though I thought I assigned the paid ticket

Once you create Default ticket, it won’t show up on existing event. I suggest to create new Event, and check if the newly created default ticket will show up.

So I have to create all the different tickets first? or they won’t appear for the event?

Actually this isn’t a default ticket.

Our event is over 3 days, we don’t have a default ticket.

There is a main ticket with an added factory visit – this is available to the first 50 people to book this option

Then there is a main ticket without the factory visit (same price) for people who miss out on the first option, or who don’t want to go on the factory visit

Then we have a few addons that are charged so they need to select a ticket for those if they want to attend.

Then on each day we have sessions that are free but we want people to register for them as seats are limited and we want to manage attendance.

Right now I’m just trying to get one paid ticket to show before I start adding more options.

Oh, Judging from the one you created, you’re making a default ticket.

Anyway, what you plan to do is adding Additional ticket.
You can do that by just adding additional ticket.

Hi Rio,
I deleted my dates and tickets to try and start over.

Now I can’t create any tickets at all.

Can I give you a login to my dev site to try and see what I’m doing wrong?

I have used the page description to list the schedule (Only Day One of three showing so far)

Then after that I want the booking form (which I did have but it disappeared when I deleted the Dates)

Now I can’t seem to add any tickets or dates

I have a ticket but can’t get a date to save and then let me assign a ticket

When I try to create a New Date Time after I enter the details it takes me to Ticket Assignment, but there are no tickets.

I have one default ticket created but it doesn’t appear in the available tickets section and I can’t add it to a date/time
