When we select “Yes” for Default setting for User Creation on Registration. How can we only send the Welcome Email, Create New User only after the Payment has been completed? Is there a way to achieve this without major coding please. Thanks. |
Hi there, Currently The EE4 User Integration add-on creates the user as soon as they provide their registration details, there is no option to only create the user account after payment has been made. May I ask what you are trying to achieve by delaying this? There is likely another way to do what you need. |

Hi Josh, Thanks for your reply. Things we are trying to achieve:- With the current setup, the users will also gain login access when they abandon the payment which is not so good 🙁 Any suggestions around this please. |
Hi there, I would recommend using a membership plugin, such as MemberPress or Paid Memberships Pro or maybe s2member, to handle the membership sign up fees and process. |

Hi Seth, We do have Membership Plugins in place, however the user that abandons the payment would still have access to the UserProfile page never the less. This will cause some issues for us and the user list on wp-admin will no longer be reliable. Is there a way to process the New User Creation only after payment please. |
Hi there, I’m afraid the only way to change that when using Event Espresso to create the new user account would involve some custom coding. |

Hi there, It will require building a separate plugin built to your specifications. You might consider hiring a developer that has some experience with the WordPress plugin API, specifically working with WordPress functions that programmatically add new users. |
