we want people to register to an event as ‘extra’ or ‘assistent’. these tickets will only be available to certain types of users. They will be picked afterwards if there are still places available. So, they can’t be counted in the total of registrants in the beginning. We can provide a ticket for them leave them as ‘pending’ off course. But maybe there is an other solution?
There is a relationship between the number of tickets selected and the number of registrants.
For example, if three ticket options are selected, then that would be three guests.
You could create a separate ticket option and then an additional datetime and set a the limit. For example, if you expect about 10 assistants, then enter a value of 10 for the limit for the new datetime.

Ok thanks… the ticket for ‘assistent’ should be available to registered users only. Is it possible to hide that extra datetime from users who don’t have the capabilities for buying this ticket?
