In my world a package could consist of 3×3 days/ 3 courses. The days are not always sequential. So the 9 dates could be like: 1,2,6/may + 12,13,17/may + 21,22,26/may.

Yes. As Garth explained through email, you can both list the events/courses individually as well as use a shortcode to allow the users to register for more than one at a time.
The shortcode to add a series of events to the cart in one step looks like this:
[ESPRESSO_CART_LINK event_id=”6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19″ direct_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=”Redirecting to cart…”]
This is the only option we have currently.
