Hello, is there a way of adding discount or coupon codes to EE4?

Hi,

Not currently but we are working hard on finalising the EE4 Promotions addon that will allow discounts and promotional codes. No ETA on release yet but it is being worked on as a priority.

Update: The Promotions add-on for Event Espresso 4 is now available.
