Hi Support,
Another question, after buyer enter the coupon code, is it able remove it? As I try after enter the code, we unable remove and add another, need select again the event and enter again those registration form detail.
Please assist.

If you go to Event Espresso -> Promotions -> Settings.
Make no changes and just save the settings does it fix the label text?
Another question, after buyer enter the coupon code, is it able remove it?
Currently EE does not allow you to remove a promotion from a registration once it has been submit. You can use multiple promotion codes at once, but you can not remove them once submitted, you would need to create a new registration.

For promotion setting, all set to default, but still no label display.

Did you save the settings and retest and just confirm they are all default?
You need to save the settings to confirm if there is an issue with the Promo configuration, save the settings will rebuild the config and confirm if there is an issue.
Another way to fix this is to filter the text that is output in those sections, here is an example plugin that does just that:

You can add that plugin to your site to set the text manually if you prefer.
