A couple of questions
Language
Yesterday i placed the upgrade to 4.6.14.p but i seems that the translation is off again.. How is this possible? Where can i find the registration page to translate? http://2015.dansevenementen.com/registration-checkout/

Related events
It it possible to add “related events or events in the spotlight on every single event page ?

Integration with “ice pay”
This would be very handy, it’s the cheapest way and better than ogone.

Integration with “userpro”
Userpro has a great user management platform. But it would be nice if registered users could book their tickets and all the info from their profile is already filled in.

How did you translate Event Espresso previously?

Was it using .PO/.MO files? If so where did you place the .MO file?

Related events
It it possible to add “related events or events in the spotlight on every single event page ?

Currently we do not have a ‘Related events’ section within EE4.

Would you be interested in sponsoring development for either of those 2 integrations?

I placed it in wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/languages as before..
And the file is correctly translated. (for example: Attendee = deelnemer. But the website doesn’t change it.)

I see you have a sponsor program for front end submission. We managed to get that working already…

I placed it in wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/languages as before..

The reason the translations have been lost is all files within a plugins directory are removed and the latest version of the plugin added when you run an update so your previous .MO file will have been deleted.

If you place your translation file within /wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages/ it will be persistent across updates.

I see you have a sponsor program for front end submission. We managed to get that working already…

I added the translation in the folder. But it still doesn’t work..
“Please answer all required questions correctly before proceeding.” is translated in the .mo file but it still doesn’t translate.

We worked our way around the backend.. Bring up the backend,hide the information we don’t want people to see with javascript and css.

What is the full filename of the .mo file?

Full name : event_espresso-nl_NL.mo
i sended the file in an e-mail to you

Hi Kevin,

I tested the file you sent and I too have problems with that string.

I used the translation file available from our GlotPress page here:

http://translate.eventespresso.com/projects/event-espresso-4/

and had more success. The translations there should have more available strings than the Github versions currently.

Could you try one of the translation files from GlotPress and see if that works for you? You’ll need to rename the .po file the same as your current file, open it with POEdit, save, then upload the MO file to wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages/
