Your website experienced an issue when installing Event Espresso 4.
Try removing the current version that is installed. It will be in this location:
/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg
Then download a fresh copy from your account page and upload the zip file to your site again and then activate.
If you run into the error again, then check with your web host and they should be able to help you resolve the issue.
