Hi,
I have added the ticketing add-on which allows me to mail the user their ticket.
Is it possible to convert the ticket to PDF instead of HTML. Currently, the ticket opens in the browser as HTML and you need to click Print or Save to PDF. I would like send the ticket as an PDF – is this possible?

Hi there,
Currently it’s not possible to convert the ticket to a PDF within EE, the user would need to use the link you mentioned above and print the ticket from there.

Tony, you can get JS libraries which will dynamically generate a PDF for you – this would be a good feature request perhaps, as I’d agree I’d prefer if we were passing a PDF to the customer – its a more familiar format for the purpose and ensures formatting is correct on print better than HTML IMO…

We do have PDF tickets as a feature request on our roadmap here:
