Hello!
When user’s have been removed or updated in the system, all data they created under that account is deleted. Including our current events live on the website disappear, meaning we loose all registration details.
We often have to update accounts and remove accounts as employees come and go, and we can’t be loosing all our data every time.
How can this be prevented? Thanks.
That’s strange, how are you changing the password?
The posts are linked to your user ID, changing the password of a user account should not change the user ID of that account.
