Considering requesting a refund

Hi,
I purchased the plugin + calendar add-on last night and I have spent 6 hours so far configuring the ticket management in a way that it looks nice on the page without any success.

I read the reviews and I thought it was going to be easy the set up but it wasn’t.

I hope someone can help me with the following:
1. To display plugin pages with full width
2. To embed a video on top of the page as I have it in all pages

Hi Mariela,

Event Espresso uses your theme to style the events pages and so will follow how your theme is set to output pages. Does your theme include a full-width template?

By default WordPress does not allow you to select Page Templates for custom post types, which the events are. However there are plugins that will allow you to select a template for CPT’s such as Custom Post Type Page Template

How do you add the video currently?
Within the Page Editor or a custom field?
