I am writing on behalf of my client here.
We are running a website that uses these EE components:
– Automated Upcoming Event Notifications
– Stripe Payment Gateway
– Events Calendar

We have these plugins installed:
– Event Espresso 4+
– Event Espresso – Automated Upcoming Event Notification (EE 4.9.44+)
– Event Espresso – Calendar (EE 4.3+)
– Event Espresso – Stripe Gateway (EE 4.6.0+)

Now my client would like to strike all single subscriptions and instead use the one “all in one” EE4 subscription EE4 Everything License

However, in the dashboard here https://eventespresso.com/users/%5Busername%5D, we see all 3 single licenses AND the all in one listed.
Below al that there is a other section where we again see licenses, this time a dropdown of EE3 Developer License EE3 Personal License and EE4 Developer/personal licenses.

We have no idea what to do at this moment.
Cancel the single subscriptions?
Select “Personal EE4” on the dropdown?

Can you help us with this?

Also, in the “download latest software” Events Calendar v3.2.15.p is offered.
But that is not the latest software – the latest is Event Espresso – Calendar (EE 4.3+)

I cannot even find that plugin on the “download latest software” section, yet it is on the client install and asks to be updated.

Hello, I’ve merged the individual addons into your new Everything license.

A credit for those individual addons was also added to your account.

The latest software is available from your downloads page here:

https://eventespresso.com/users/tethac01/#ee4-downloads

The “EE” number that you see in your plugins screen is the minimum version of Event Espresso that is needed to use that addon or extension.

Thanks, can you clarify what “Switch Your Support License:” is for?

I think then we have all doubts cleared.

Hi there.

The “Switch Your Support License:” option is used to upgrade or downgrade your support license to a different level.

Thanks
I think this is clear now, we can close.

Cheers.
