We are having a conflict with our Divi theme and are unable to process any registrations on our site. In our previous thread you suggested rolling back to an older version of the theme. We have been in touch with Elegant themes and we are unable to roll back our theme. Do you have any other suggestions? Here is the link our our registration page: https://www.themelodyinme.ca/event-registration/ |
No one is able to roll back to version 3.18.3 of the Divi theme? Is there a reason why? We’d need a copy of the current Divi theme to find its new bug, but quite frankly, that’s something that Elegant Themes should be able to handle. |

They say that unless we have a zip of the old theme (which we don’t) we can’t roll back the version. |
Here’s a zip of the 3.18.3 version of Divi you can roll back to: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qjyo59skoolz7jt/Divi-3-18-3.zip?dl=0 |

My website person has put the DIVI version you sent on a test site and is still having the ticket issue. Is it possible for you guys to email directly? Here are his comments: Ok… had a couple of technical difficulties, but managed to get the theme zip from EE support installed on a copy of your site. (I didn’t want to mess with the live site, in case things went sideways.) Unfortunately, we’ve still got the missing ticket selector. I have attached some screenshots that you can forward to EE support. I did notice that, although the zip they sent said it was version 3.18.3, once installed, it says it’s version 3.0.106. (This can be seen in one of the screenshots.) I’m not sure what’s up there. We can also give them access to the copy of the site that I made (which is running the older version of Divi) if that would help. You can also feel free to give them my email address, if you think that would make things more efficient. |
Thanks for verifying that the theme version isn’t related to this issue. Now that you have a copy of the site, can you or the website person deactivate Divi there (use the default theme instead) and see if the issue persists? If the website person has any follow up questions they can email |

We have deactivated the theme on the development site and it has resolved the conflict. At this link: http://dev.themelodyinme.ca/events/music-theatre-for-kids-1-2/ Where do we go from here? |
You’ll further narrow down the culprit by reactivating Divi on the site copy, then deactivate all plugins except for Event Espresso. At that point does the ticket selector display? |

Theme has been switched back to Divi (still at the older version), all plugins except Event Espresso core are disabled, and the ticket selector is missing: http://dev.themelodyinme.ca/events/music-theatre-for-kids-1-2/ |
In that other topic you mentioned that the ticket selector does display if you switch to the twentysixteen theme. I’ve checked through Divi’s settings to see if any of those settings would affect the single event page, and I could not find any. The Divi theme does have a Reset Settings option on its Theme Options page. Perhaps on the copy site you could try resetting the options there (the reset button looks like a refresh icon and its located in the upper right corner of the theme options panel). Then after resetting you can try re-saving the event, the view it to see if resetting the options makes a difference. |
