Hi guys, I use Download Manager to lock my downloads to only those of certain roles and logins. I also want to not accept credit cards directly on my site (Auth AIM) and use the Auth SIM to direct them to their site to put in the credit card info. Everything works perfectly, except when the Download Manager Plugin is active. If it is active, it gives me an error when forwarding the user to the Auth SIM site for billing info entry. Error reads “An error has occurred:
The billing form was not submitted or something prevented it’s submission.” When I deactivate download manager it works great. I’ve tried 2 or 3 other download plugins and they don’t do what this one does and it would take me a while to reupload all of my download info, can you guys help me figure out where the conflict is between the SIM AIM forwarding and the Download manager plugin?
I’m reviewing the information that was shared in the support token form and I’ll follow up shortly via email.
Thanks
