Confirmation Receipt PDF Button Leads to Blank Page

Greetings,

I read support threads and followed suggested steps – as seen on the post listed below – but I am still getting blank fields for Event Espresso – Editing Html Receipt Template (Purchaser Recipient), and thus, a blank page when I make a purchase, and click on the PDF confirmation receipt button.

Here is the forum I followed:

Specifically, these steps:

Ok go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.

Click the HTML tab and find Receipt in the list – http://take.ms/SDczS

Drag it over to ‘Inactive Message Types’ box on the right, wait a few seconds then drag it back.

Now recheck if the template shows content.

If not on the right click the ‘Reset Templates’ button. This will reset the Receipt Template back to default.

Hi Lexi,

Which fields are blank?

Is this an English site or has it been translated?

Which version number of EE4 are you using please?

Hello Tony,

The content field is black in the Message Template for Receipt – which is connected to the button that appears on the confirmation page. The site – http://www.orthonurseoc.org/events/2015-conference/ – is in English. I’m using EE4, Version 4.7.7.p. Here is a screencast of me following the steps you had recommended to someone else experiencing the same problem. Unfortunately, these steps aren’t resolving the issue.

Hi,

Have you tried clicking the Reset Templates button when editing the Receipt?
