I have a registration confirmation email generated when a registration is confirmed. Those emails are created automatically but show as queued and ready to send. They will not actually go out unless I select them and change them to send now. Is there a setting that will automatically send these out or do I need to manually change the status every time? I tried to find it in the documentation but couldn’t find anything.
Once I select “Send Now” the message are sent with no problem. I found some other topics about this, but can not make heads or tails of the information. Any help provided would be appreciated. Thank.
This depends on some traffic on the front-end of your website (e.g. a visitor browsing your site).
You can have the emails send right away by going to Event Espresso –> Messages –> Settings and changing the setting to send on the same request.
Then save changes.
