Install the wp-mailfrom plugin that will solve your problem

Hi Ted,

In the General Settings page of the Event Espresso menu, look for an option that is called “Use fancy headers” turn this to yes and save and the emails will use the Website name instead of WordPress.

I have the same problem. I turned off the “use fancy headers” because we have problems with the mails (some participants received just first line of the mail – information about automated response) and I saw there is a note, that some servers have problems with this – some servers have problems with sending this msg with this settings). So U recomment to instal the plugin? Thanx. Roman

Hi Roman,

I don’t personally have any experience with the wp-mailfrom plugin but it might well resolve the issue. You could alos try using the “fancy headers” option and a plugin like wp mail smtp.
