In settings, I put the company email address as indicated. However, all emails being sent (confirmation, payment received etc) the From is saying WordPress, with the email being correct.
is there a way to change this to the company name?
so it shows as “WordPress to me” and mousing over WordPress reveals the email address.

Hi there,
One way is you use this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/send-from/
That’s probably the simplest option. However if you prefer, you can change the short code in the From: fields of your active message templates to be
[CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL] and if your mail server supports formatted email addresses, it will use your Organization name set in Event Espresso general settings as the From name.
