Confirmation email with registraion ID but are not registered

I am using EE3. I have run several events using the multi event registration.

My first event I had numerous people register, receieve a registration id, and then not found in the database. I just had it happen again. Is there something I am missing?

Hi Scott,

Sorry for the trouble you’re having.

Can you make sure that the filters in the attendee list are set correctly? Make sure that “Show All Completed/Incomplete” is selected.
