Hi

I can not seem to find the template for the confirmation emails?

Hi,

It will either be the Registration Approved message or the Registration Pending Payment message type.

I have looked at the two different templates and they not seem to match the one I am looking for:

the php file used is:
email_registration_content.template.php

But I can not fint the way to make a custom version in event espresso?

Hi Jesper,

The content for the registration emails are managed via the messages editor.

The email from your screenshot appears to be for the registration approved message type.

Note that most of the message types have multiple contexts: event admin and the registrant.

Could you double-check that you are editing the correct contexts?

One other thing to be aware of is if you are creating custom message types.

This is a two-step process. You’ll need to create the custom message type via the messages system and then go to the event editor and enable it via the notifications area (end of page) for an event. Then save changes.

Ok. I did not know there were three different settings for each message
