Greetings – My website uses the Paypal Payflow Pro EE plugin to handle credit card payments on the Checkout/Payment page. For this website billing information could be completely different than the attendee information. I need to send an email out to the billing person as part of the confirmation emails.
In “messages” I see shortcodes for the primary registrant, registrants, invoice info, but I don’t see any for the billing information (since it’s part of the EE Payflow Pro plugin separate from EE core right?). BUT I need to get the billing information (name, email address, street address, etc.) into an email.
Are there other shortcodes that I am not aware of that can get at this information, or how would you suggest going about doing this?

Hi Mark,
Currently, we don’t have shortcodes to pull the information passed within the payment methods like this.
It’s tricky because each payment method can request different fields, some none, some plenty and then we don’t those within EE separately (we store some as part of the transaction for ONsite payment methods but it’s not consistent because of the above).
So, to pull those details into an email will require custom code and custom message shortcodes specifically pulling in the information you need.
