CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM A GROUP SENDING ALWAYS TO THE SAME PEOPLE

Hi,

We have a few group registrations from which only one person is receiving the confirmation email. We go to registrations and we click on the person the email is missing. We click on resend but the email is sent to the first person with the information of that first person. It is happening with registrants using the same email.

Do you have any idea why this might be happening?

It is happening with registrants using the same email.

If they all use the same email then there is only one email address EE can use, it depends on how the registration is created but it sound like the email is being sent to the ‘Primary Registrant’ which may be expected.

Which email are they receiving from EE when you click to resend?

Hi Tony,

It is set up that is will send to registrant not primary registrant. The issue is not that it send to the same email of course, the issue is that it sends to the same email but only the info of the first person even if you are clicking on resend for the second person.

THey are receiving the registration approved email
