Where do you go to change the address on the order confirmation email seen by clients? I tried updating our address within the EE4 settings area however it defaults to an address in Arizona?
If that is not what you are referring to, then a team member may have added an address directly to the registration approved message type. Try browsing to this message type in Event Espresso –> Messages.
If you are referring to the address that is used on the invoice payment method, then try Event Espresso –> Payment Methods –> Invoice. Then update the address there and save changes.
