When a member goes to Confirm Registration the page times out but the registration is logged in the system, but the member doesn’t know that.

When a member goes to the Confirm Registration page, and clicks “Confirm Registration” the page doesn’t load but the registration is recorded in the system but it looks to the user like it failed, so we are getting many multiple signups.
Is there something we can do to fix this?

Hi Rob,
I did a test registration and it all worked okay for me. Here’s what I see after clicking the Confirm Registration button:

You might try checking your PHP error log to see if any errors were thrown when they tried registering. It may also help to find out some information about the browser they were using by asking them to go to http://supportdetails.com
