I want to create a conference which offers different tracks/parallel activities. The uses selects activities across different days. There is a control of the number of participants for each activity.
At the end of the signup process a user is presented with one ticket/checkout.
Similarly to buying products from the store – adding to card and then to checkout.
The price is fixed regardless of the activities chosen by the user but I want to validate if a user selected one activity for each time slot from different tracks.
This should be a presales question but I got an impression its possible with your plugin but now I’m conceptually stacked on how to achieve this.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,
If there is a limit for each track, then each track would need to be created as a ticket option even if there is no cost for the individual tracks.
Could you share some more information on the number of tracks that are available?
Or do you have a link to a PDF that has this information?

Hello,
7 tracks and 50 sessions in total.
5 tracks are served in parallel.
Each user needs to choose 1 out of 5 tracks in each time slot.

Hello,
I looked at the document and my honest opinion is that Event Espresso would not be a good fit.
There are two major concerns here:
1) In order to track a session, you’ll need to create a ticket for each session. From your feedback, there are 50 sessions which would be a large number of pricing options. That many pricing options will cause a slow registration process and a guest that sees a large list may feel overwhelmed.
2) Referring to the validation and logic mentioned in the document, Event Espresso will not block a guest from selecting a session that takes place at the same time as another session.
Unfortunately, I do not have any workarounds in mind for handling those concerns above so I would request a refund here:
