Hello,

I have a case where in the Invoice I should display either the company or the person name depending on the input of the customer. Are there any conditional shortcodes now available? As I see, the last question on this topic was in 2016. Thank you!

Hi there!

Thanks for contacting our support today.
In this case, you can use the [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*] shortcode inside the Invoice template under the Event Espresso > Messages > Invoice – This shortcode will display the field’s value added to the Primary Registrant form, you just need to put the question text after the * like [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*QUESTION TEXT].

I have created the Company Name question: https://share.cleanshot.com/KJGXFk
and put this as a shortcode in the Invoice template:https://share.cleanshot.com/aZgmKA

You can decide to remove the First and Last name if you want to leave just the Company name.

Let me know if it works for you!
