Hi everyone, I have ticket sales set to requiring login (EE4 with Memberpress). if the person has no login/membership and click the link to create one, they are booted from the ticket flow and not redirected back once created. Is there a clever way of doing this, or do I just need to personalise the pages to give instructions on what to do?
Currently, you’ll need to personalize the page to add some additional details on what to do next.
You’re using memberpress for the WP user registrations correct?
If so, if memberpress has a hook within the code used when registering we may be able to give you a snippet to redirect the user back to the checkout page afterwards, but I’ll need a copy of memberpress and details on how you have it setup to check into this more.
Hi Tony, ok thanks for that. I’m guessing the hook wont work at the registration is a generic one, and a redirection may not be applicable when they are using it (non-ticket purchase signup). I’ll just personalise the page. Thanks
