I have a conference set up that has 6 datetimes. I want to be able to scan people in to the overall conference, but also allow them to be scanned into each individual datetime. For example:

Main Conference Feb 6 8am – Feb 10 12pm
General Session Feb 8 8am – Feb 8 12pm
Afternoon Session Feb 8 1pm – Feb 8 4pm
Legislative Session Feb 9 8am – Feb 9 12pm
Theme Dinner Feb 8 6pm – Feb 8 11pm
Awards Banquet Feb 9 6pm – Feb 9 12pm

If attendees are scanned in for “Main Conference”, will there be a problem when they try to scan in for any of the other datetimes?

Hi there,

How do you have the tickets set up on the event?

Does each datetime above have an individual ticket or is is a single ticket that gives access to all of the datetimes?

We have 3 ticket options (member only, guest only, member+guest). Each ticket gives access to all date times.

No problem. When you view the event in the ticketing app you’ll need to be sure to select the applicable datetime by tapping on it. Then when you go to scan you’ll see some text at the top of the view that says “Scanning for {datetime name}”. This way you’ll be able to keep track of attendance for each datetime.
