Hello, I have some classes that are tagged with a few different categories. All events with an “ALL” tag, as well as Artist tag, Type and Location tag. I’m having an issue with the 7 and Up tag. You can see here – http://paintedcork.blackdogstaging.com/calendar/ it’s dark gray in the legend and it’s supposed to be applied to the 25th and 30th but because they’re tagged as Folsom and Folsom tag doesn’t have any bg colors associated it shows up as just red. What I dont understand is why other events have the same tags applied (except the 7 and up tag) and the colors shows.

If you could help me out with this that would be awesome, thanks guys!

Hi Kimberly,

If you can avoid using the All category it will fix the issue you’re seeing. The category colors are intended to be used only when events fall into one category each.

Hi Josh,

Sorry for the late follow-up.

I tried your suggestion about deleting the ALL category, but that didn’t fix the issue- I was able to find a work around using CSS but expired events go blank since the category class is removed for expired events- that is of course because we’re supposed to use the interface to assign these category colors.

Please let me know if you have any other suggestions.

Thanks

Hi Kimberly,

Were you just wanting to exclude past events from the events calendar?
