Is this related to accepting initial registration and payment information for a team sport?
If so, one way to handle this would be to set the the personal question group to be enabled for additional attendees through the event editor: https://cl.ly/1L3f3Y0j0q30
The group leader could then enter their own information for all registrants and later on go back and edit the registration details to update the information for other team members.
You can allow them to edit that registration by adding the [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_FRONTEND_EDIT_REG_LINK] shortcode to the registration approved message template:
It can be found in Event Espresso –> Messages –> Default Message Templates –> Registration Approved (Registrant).
