CO_LOGO Does Not Appear in emails

CO_LOGO has been updated with an image on the settings page. I used a .png file. When previewing the message in EE the image appears perfectly, but when the message is sent to the client the via email the image does not appear.

Any ideas?

Can you link me to a test event I can register onto a ticket on so I can view the emails sent?

It looks like this is an issue with SendInBlue which I can see you are using to send your emails from.

If I receive the email in Outlook, it loads.

If I receive the email within Gmail, it fails to load.

I assume you are testing this with a Gmail account?

Thanks Tony.

Your response got me thinking about sendinblue settings and remembered I needed to update DNS records after the transfer.

Everything is updated and the images are working perfectly.
