I’ve reviewed every link and option found in the support forum to change the URL for the CO_Logo field — and nothing has worked.

WHERE in the PHPMyAdmin DB can I locate the field to physically change the entry to the desired path for my logo?

Hi there,

Is this for EE3 or EE4?

The logo value can be set in General Settings or overriden in the Invoice payment method settings (which overrides the default)

Go to Event Espresso -> Payment settings.

Find the invoice payment method (temporarily activate it if is disabled) and check the settings there, is it set to the wrong URL?

Hi,

You can change the logo URL or select it using the media picker in Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Also you have the opportunity to change the logo URL per payment gateway. For example in Invoice or Stripe gateways, there is a logo URL field that you can change to override the default option for those gateways. You can find these options in Event Espresso -> Payment Methods menu.

If you’re using EE3, please let us know since the above answer is related to EE4.

1.) This is EE3.
2.) I have setup and defined the logo in the payment method (invoice) as well as tried to setup correctly in the EE General Settings. The logo never displays correctly in the General Settings tab.
3.) In the emailed PDF file, the logo is enlarged, pixelated, and over-writes the address layout of the invoice. This is not good, of course!

Seems like these solutions you propose are similar to ones recommended for other users. These recommendations have not worked for me thus far!

This is why my original question was to ask “Where” in the DB I can make the hard-code changes to the CO_LOGO variable….

Yes, because the most common issue with CO_LOGO is users having one set in the Invoice Setting which is overriding the default URL. Your opening post hints that the URL needs to be changed so I’ve started with that one as directly manipulating the database is not something we support.

Ok so that’s a different issue, may I ask why you think setting this directly in the DB will fix it?

Is there an event I can register onto to view this?

Or can you post the URL for the image itself?
