client can't get back to finish booking

Hi there,
We just had an issue with a someone who wanted to book an event. They selected the time slot, but had to leave the process to get their credit card. When they come back to click on their booking – it comes up as booked and won’t let them access to enter their payment. Their booking is still there – they just can’t get back into it.
What can we do in this situation?

Can you find the Registration/Transaction in the Event Espresso admin? If so what’s the current status of the Registration?

Hi Josh, the registration shows as incomplete. Payment pending. On the calendar it shows as sold.

Is there a way that we can complete it on our end if the client can’t do it? We don’t want to open it up to everyone again.

You or they can. You go to Event Espresso > Transactions and click on the icon to view the transaction receipt. You can send them a payment reminder and include the link to that Transaction Receipt, which will include a link to make an online payment. Or you can click on the link to make an only payment from the receipt and make an online payment.
