Hi,
We enabled sandbox mode for stripe and we are missing the payment fields. Clicking the “pay now” button just refreshed the page.

Choose “Pay by Credit Card” as payment method, then click “Pay Now” button.

Hi Andy,
I checked and the EE Stripe add-on’s JavaScript files are not loading on the payment page. Are there other Stripe plugins installed on the site?
In any case the first step to troubleshoot this would be to rule out a plugin/theme conflict. You could use the Health Check plugin to do this. After the plugin is activated you go to WP → Dashboard → Heath Check → Troubleshooting. There you’ll Enable Troubleshooting Mode, then once that’s activated you’ll reactivate Event Espresso & its Stripe add-on only via the Health Check’s Troubleshooting item in the WordPress Dashboard. At that point, can you check to see if the page has the payment fields ?
