Click on 'Manage my billing preferences' and nothing happens

Hi. When I’m in my account and click on ‘Manage my billing preferences,’ nothing happens. Our site used to be managed by a third party firm, and maybe their information is in there and blocked? I’m not sure. I’m not even sure if they’re paying the invoice now or when it’s due. Mauybe they had license for multiple sites. Sorry, I’m rambling! How can I get the billing set under my companies credit card and get access to the invoices? Thanks. Scott.

Hi Scott, what is the website address and I can look up which account is associated with that website?
