Hello. My business is looking for a simple solution. We want to display our fitness classes , not in calendar view but in list view. For example, Yoga class, Tuesday from 6-7. From there, we need to have members register for that class, so it needs to allow multiple registrations per class.
I’ve already purchase 2 booking plugins for WP that were not what we really needed so I wanted to hear from you that this is possible and if so, which version that would require. Thanks for the help!

Hi Jim,
We do have a list format and each event can allow X number of attendees, in fact we have a lot of different options. I would advise you to try out the “Lite” version of the plugin which is free – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/event-espresso-free/
It does have some restrictions and features missing compared to the Premium version but the way it creates events and displays events (by default) is the same as the Premium version so you can get a feel for how it works.
Your needs sound like very basic event registration so I would say that the Free or Personal Licence will be sufficient, but you are best to have a look at the add ons we have available, as the business licence is very good value.

Thanks for getting back with me Dean. What we need is a list view that will display the Day (Tuesday for example) times of the classes and a signup button to register for the class. We will have multiple classes per day. Based on the Lite version, I still cannot tell if I can get Event Espresso to do this. Here is a link with an example of exactly what we are looking for:

Hi there,
It can be done with some customizations. Some knowledge of PHP, HTML, and CSS would be required to get the rows and columns to display how and what you want. We have some starter templates that are included in the custom files add-on that will get you part of the way there:
