Hello, I am interested in your plugin though I am unsure if it is able to do what I need it to do.
Can I set different prices for each role? For example; non-member pays 100$ and member pays 50$.
Can I view and print out a list of registered users for each class?
Can I view all the classes each user has registered for?
Can each user view the classes they registered for?

Hi David,

Can I set different prices for each role? For example; non-member pays 100$ and member pays 50$.

Do you require ‘members’ to log into your site?

You can setup required capabilities for your tickets, but this would require at least members to log into the site to see those tickets. Non-logged in users, or just members without a certain capability will only see the non-member ticket.

Its also possible to do this with a discount code, all users see the $100 ticket but members can enter a discount code to reduce this down.

Can I view and print out a list of registered users for each class?

You can export a CSV of all of the attendees within an event which shows data such as name, payment status, custom questions etc.

Can I view all the classes each user has registered for?

Yes, you can view the registrations assigned to a contact within the admin.

Can each user view the classes they registered for?

This ties in with if you require members to log in or not.

If you require they log in the events will be associated with their user account, users can view those event within a ‘My events’ section. If not they no, the only view of the registrations is then within the contact mentioned above (for the admin to view)

If you’d like to dig a little deeper you could take look at out demo site available here:

Thank you for getting back in touch with me, you have answered a lot of my questions but am still confused on my first question.
I do require for users to login to view the classes, and do not want to go the discount code route. I setup a demo site so I can test it out. You mentioned that I could set capabilities to view tickets. When a user is logged in they will have one of two roles, either member or non-member. I do not see where I can set the capabilities for the tickets on the demo site. How would I go about doing this?

Hi David,

The capabilities requires the WP User Integration (EE4) addon.

You will also need a separate roles and capabilities editor plugin, there are several decent free ones available.

With WP User Integration addon, when you select a tickets settings (cog icon) there will be a section where you can add a capability. That will block the ticket unless the users role has said capability.
