We have had a few complaints from visitors to our site who find the booking system confusing. When choosing the number of adults and children from the drop down menus the next screen (Step 1: Attendee Information) doesn’t display the children and the total price, just the adults. If they fill in the personal details and get through to the next page the total amount for adults and children is displayed, but many people don’t get past this as they think the system has not counted their children.
Looking at your events it looks like you don’t have any questions enabled for ‘Additional registrants’, it’s the bottom set of question groups here – http://take.ms/1CBvc
You need to enable at least one question group for additional registrants.
