We’ve got EE 4.9.27 with WP 4.7.2. Suddenly checkout stopped working: e.g. I get to event page, click ‘register’, get to checkout page and it’s empty. There are no errors, nothing too suspicious at error log. How would I debug this?

Hi there, It looks like there might be something interfering with the bot trap. Can you try going to Event Espresso > Registration Form > Reg Form Settings, then set “Enable Bot Trap” to No? |

Hello, I noticed that your registration checkout page is blank but other pages like the registration cancelled page shows content. Are any of your Event Espresso pages showing a warning in Event Espresso –> General Settings –> Critical Pages? Could you try trashing and deleting the registration checkout page and then creating a new one with the shortcode below? [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] — |
