I have an error on checkout on EE4. If a single person buys 50 tickets (of 1 kind), there is a list of multiple Attendees, 1 for each of the 50 tickets. I cannot have this showing on checkout. Each ticket bought only has 1 Attendee, the ticket purchaser. I do not want to show multiple Attendees for a total transaction. How can I turn this off? The checkout list is very long with only 1 Attendee actually listed and blanks for all the other Attendees listed. I did install the Multiple Event Registration add-on.

Hi Jeffrey,

How are you today?

You can allow people to purchase as many tickets as they want under their own name without typing the information for each ticket by deselecting the Personal Information question group for the Additional Registrants:

null

Does that help?

Hi Jeffrey,

You can turn this off by adding the following to your custom stylesheet:

.spco-attendee-panel-dv:not(:first-of-type) {
display:none;
}

The Question checkbox you show above has never been enabled. I will try to custom CSS code instead.

Where do I add this custom CSS. I am using the Enfold WordPress theme.

The question checkbox doesn’t need to be enabled for it to display the “This ticket type does not require any information for additional attendees”. I’m going to see about getting that message removed entirely in a future version of Event Espresso, we’ll see how it goes.

So what should I do to fix this issue? I do not understand the answers above.

How do I deselect when this checkbox is not checked to begin with?

You can disregard Garth’s instructions, he didn’t know that you hadn’t checked the check box.

OK. I disregard Garth’s instructions. What do I need to do? Please be specific. If I need to add the CSS, give me the code and tell me where I need to add it. I am using the Enfold WP theme.

Hi Jeffrey,

I gave you the code in my earlier reply:

https://eventespresso.com/topic/checkout-showing-multiple-attendees-for-each-ticket-listed/#post-163311

I’m not aware of any stylesheet options in the Enfold theme. They may have added some recently, but if they did not, you can add in your own custom CSS by installing the Reaktiv CSS Builder plugin. Then you add your CSS there.
