Hi,

I am having a similar problem as:

The registration URL is:

http://www.sbi2.org/events/high-content-2016/

When attendee information is entered into the form and you click “Proceed to Payment Options”, the form goes blank and errors with:

“An error has occurred:
First Name is a required value.”

This is theme independent, as switching to the 2015 theme doesn’t fix the issue.

We are using the jquery bundled with WP, and have wp_head and wp_footer in the respective theme header and footer files.

There are no errors generated during logging in EE or apache, so I’m having a hard time troubleshooting.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
