Hello,
We have few questions on the registration which are of type checkbox. For a few such checkbox questions, we have not provided any answer options. its either a check or a no-check.
When we download the css report, the cell for those checkbox question is blank even though the user has checked while registration.
Is it mandatory to have some answer option values for checkbox?

Yes. If you provide no answer, the CSV report will output no answer.

thanks for confirming.
But many times as you see on websites, there are check box just to check or uncheck. If the user has checked shouldn’t it be reflected in the CSV report as well and not just view registration details.

Those other websites may not have valid html if they’re not including a value, but it may be they’re hiding the value with CSS. You’ll note that all the examples in Mozilla’s reference on this subject all have values:
