Would I be right in presuming that check-ins can only occur after the event has past the events/ticket start date?
Ticket scanning or manual check-ins can happen anytime. We do not have a restriction on when you do check-ins. However, With that said, eventually we start to hide events from the showing up in the dropdown list to select which event to do check-ins so that you don’t have an long long list of old events to filter through before you find a more recent event to do check-ins. But, we also have a filter where you can change the length of time that controls when old events are hidden from the dropdown selection list. Does that make sense?
Can you continue selling tickets for an event after the start date (I see the date picker allows it… Other systems I have used do not)?
You can sell tickets after the START date and before the END date but not after the end date. Does that make sense?
