HI guys.

We have an event planned event upcoming that we are not if sure there would be interest. As a result I made a ticket type for ” free enrollment expression of interest ” .

http://www.amsn.com.au/events/sept-2015-queenstown-new-zealand-eduventure/

Turns out there is a lot of interest.

My question is what are the steps I need to take to turn the expression of interest into enrollment into a priced ticket type ?

I hope thats clear but if not let me phrase it another way. What I wish to achieve to take the enrollments change the ticket type to full enrollment and then send them an email with a payment link to complete the enrollment.

kind regards,
Brent

Hi Brent, you can expire those tickets and then create a paid ticket option or leave this event as-is and create a separate one to handle payments.

Then use the newsletter message type through the registrations overview screen (appears near the end of the screen) to select the attendees that you would like to message.

Within that message, include a link to the event.

An attendee will then be able to register and pay for their registration.

To clarify, you can’t send a bill out for a free event so they would need to register again under the paid ticket / pricing option.
