Hello – We have a situation where multiple orders were imported in, that have additional tickets with all the same name. When we go to change the name of ticket two, it changes the name of everyone. Please advise how we can fix this.
That means that all of the registrations are assigned to the same contact, editing the contact will show those updates across all registrations liked to that contact.
When you click on Registration #2 from the group, in the top right in the ‘Contact Details’ Metabox, do you see a ‘Create Contact’ button?
Click that and EE will create a new contact for the registration.
It will duplicate the current contact details so will look like you are editing the first, but you are in fact editing a new contact.
So, edit registration #2, click that button and edit the details to be the correct attendee. Then repeat for #3 etc. Each registration will then be on it’s own contact, updating each one will only apply to registrations attached to it.
