Hi,
A customer had purchased an incorrect ticket. How do I change it ti a different one?

Hello,

Login to your WordPress admin and go to Event Espresso –> Events.

Then hover over the name of your event and then click on Registrations.

On the next screen, click on Add New Registration which appears at the top of the page. Now complete the registration with the correct ticket information.

Then go to the Registrations overview screen (shows all registrations) and find the old registration and set it to cancelled.

Hi Lorenzo,
I tried this, but once I click on the ‘Add new registration’, the screen presented is empty.

Hi Ray,

The site is currently running a rather old version of Event Espresso (4.1.11)

I would recommend firstly creating a full site back (both the files and database) we have a guide on how to do this available here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-back-up-your-site/

It is important not to skip the above step.

Then, if you are using the EE4 Events Calendar update that first, then Event Espresso 4 to the latest versions.

The latest version of EE4 is 4.3.0 and the latest version of the Calendar is 3.1.0, you should be able to ypdate using the 1 Click Auto Update feature is you go to Dashboard -> Plugins on your site.

The repeat the steps above to add the new registration.
