For our golf tournament registration we have had several users enter their own information for all members of the team. I now need to edit the this information and replace names and email address for additional team members. However, when I do one, it replaces it for all. Any ideas? For example, John Doe enters his info for team member 1, 2, 3, 4. He did this because he didn’t have all his team members info when he signed up. Now he has sent me the information for 2,3,4 and I would like to replace the information manually. Additionally, John Doe signed up 2 more teams of 4 under his name. I would also like to edit/replace this information as well. |

Hi Aj, If you look within the registrations you can edit each registration. If you click on one of the Non-Primary registrations – http://take.ms/Sp5b8 You’ll see something like this – http://take.ms/pXYvy The ‘Create Contact’ button will create a new contact and assign it to the current registration you are editing. As an example if I click that button I’ll see this – http://take.ms/2SvF6 It’s the same details but actually a new contact. I’ll add ‘2’ to the end of each field and then save, now when I refresh the registrations list – http://take.ms/jMam9 That contact is now assigned to the second registration.
The above works for additional registrations but will not allow you to edit the Primary registration. So are these other teams using the same primary registrant? If not the registrations will need to be re-created using the correct details and the original registrations cancelled. This can be done through the admin if you prefer. |

Tony, The “create contact” isn’t an option. |

Which version number of Event Espresso 4 are you using? |

Version 4.7.0.beta.004 |

Hi, EE 4.7.0 beta now allows additional attendees to be created as contacts automatically (which is why the button Tony mentioned no longer exists). So now you should be able to go to the registration page, click the attendee in question, then click the View/Edit Contact button and edit as needed. (You can also do this via the Contact List tab). |
